Mobile Usage
Armitage may offer the Site and related services through a mobile application available for download through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other related mobile application stores (the “Mobile App”). Any use of the Mobile App is subject to the full terms of this Agreement. To the extent any additional terms and conditions apply to you if using the Mobile App through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other related mobile applications, this Agreement will control. Armitage grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to install and use the Mobile App, in executable object code format only, solely on your own handheld mobile devices and for your personal, noncommercial use.
International Use
Armitage makes no representation that the use of the Site outside of the United States is appropriate or lawful. Accessing this Site from countries or territories where such access is illegal is prohibited. If you access this Site from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and agree to comply with all local rules and regulations regarding internet usage.
