What you’ll do:
  • Solve complex client challenges leading engagement teams
  • Serve as the Armitage point of contact for day-to-day engagement matters with Clients
  • Deliver clients insightful recommendations around complex issues, leveraging expertise and experience
  • Effectively communicate conclusions directly to clients through the development of succinct and impactful deliverables
  • Work with Armitage Leadership to help set the overall direction of Client engagements and collaborate on complex elements of work programs
  • Lead onboarding of Armitage teammates to engagements
  • Lead and mentor a motivated team of professionals by monitoring employee development, performance management, and training
  • Prioritize your team’s work and implement contingency plans with support of Armitage leadership when necessary
  • Support Armitage Leadership with firm business planning initiatives and team performance management
  • Actively contribute to the mission, growth and evolution of Armitage
Who you are:
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years working in the management consulting industry. Prior healthcare experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working and presenting to senior business leaders
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and people skills
  • Ability to lead teams with limited oversight from Leadership
  • Ability to identify, structure and solve business problems
  • Take pride in enabling the best work of others on the team
  • Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills
  • Prior experience leading complex transformations / integrations at a Program-level is also a plus
  • Ability and interest to travel, up to 50% annually

  • Work in a hands-on and collaborative environment both internally and across all levels within our client partners
  • Operate independently to drive progress in your areas of responsibility, as needed
  • Act as the day-to-day resource for clients throughout the engagement by facilitating and leading portions of client meetings, depending on project needs
  • Focus on project execution across a variety of complex healthcare topics, participating and owning aspects of the discovery, design, and delivery of engagement work products
  • Effectively communicate conclusions directly to clients through the creation of succinct and impactful deliverables
  • Lead and supervise small project teams, providing direction and coaching
  • Support Management in engagement work planning and administrative activities
  • Display intellectual curiosity and eagerness to evolve your healthcare industry knowledge
  • Actively contribute to the growth and evolution of Armitage
Who you are:
  • Team player with grit, integrity, and strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years working in a team-based role (e.g., management consulting, finance, healthcare-focused organizations). Prior healthcare experience is plus
  • Have a strong service mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Take pride in enabling the best work of others on the team
  • Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems
  • Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience working and presenting to senior business leaders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Desire to mentor and be mentored (both formally and informally)
  • Ability and interest to travel, up to 50% annually
