Meet the team

Steve is the founder and managing partner of Armitage Advisors. In addition to serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives across the U.S., Steve leads the growth and development of the Armitage Team and firm capabilities. He focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent along with expanding the firm’s capabilities to better serve both current and prospective clients.

Prior to founding Armitage, Steve served on the leadership team at HealthScape Advisors.

Steve graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Austin is a partner at Armitage Advisors. In addition to leading client engagements, Austin serves as the head of the Chicago office. In this role, Austin manages all Chicago-based employees and sets the vision for office culture, employee development, and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Armitage, Austin was a member of the leadership team at HealthScape Advisors, where he led long-term strategy engagements across commercial, government, and federal healthcare clients. Austin began his career at Baker Tilly.

Austin graduated from Valparaiso University.

Mike is a director at Armitage Advisors. In addition to leading client engagements, Mike leads the firm’s market intelligence initiatives, including the Armitage Roundup, a proprietary monthly report that highlights key trends and insights across the healthcare market.

Prior to joining Armitage, Mike worked on the network strategy team at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, where he led provider network contracting and reimbursement strategy projects. Mike began his career at HealthScape Advisors.

Mike graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Katharine is a director at Armitage Advisors and leads the firm’s implementation and integration support service offering. In this role, Katharine leads engagement teams to deliver large implementation programs that modernize and transform their businesses.

Prior to joining Armitage, Katharine worked at Deloitte Consulting, where she led core system and BI reporting transformation engagements for clients across the payor, bio-pharma, and medical device industries.

Katharine graduated from Indiana University.

Megan is an engagement manager at Armitage Advisors. Prior to joining Armitage, Megan worked at Deloitte Consulting, where she led strategic projects, managed cross-functional teams, and developed innovative solutions to help healthcare clients navigate complex challenges.

Megan graduated from the University of Notre Dame.

Sina is an engagement manager at Armitage Advisors. Prior to joining Armitage, Sina worked at Northwestern Medicine, where he led strategic planning and business development projects for the health system. Sina began his career on the network strategy team at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois.

Sina graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a bachelor’s degree and received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Chuck is an engagement manager at Armitage Advisors. Prior to joining Armitage, Chuck worked at WebTPA, a GuideWell company. Chuck began his career at Deloitte Consulting, where he led cross-functional teams delivering solutions to healthcare clients.

Chuck graduated from the University of Notre Dame.

Natalia is the manager of talent and operations at Armitage Advisors. In this role, Natalia leads all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, human resources, performance development, and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Armitage, Natalia led employee recruiting efforts at several B2B organizations.

Natalia graduated from Boston University.

John is an engagement manager at Armitage Advisors. Prior to joining Armitage, John worked at Deloitte Consulting, where he supported strategic projects focused on enterprise technology and business improvement initiatives for Fortune 500 companies.

John graduated from the University of Notre Dame.

Priyanka is an engagement manager at Armitage Advisors. Prior to joining Armitage, Priyanka worked at Accenture, where she led transformative initiatives, managed cross-functional teams, and developed solutions to address complex challenges for healthcare clients.

Priyanka graduated from the University of Minnesota.
